Well…soon this nation will celebrate another year of independence…I dare say some don’t even know where the independence came from or how this country got it…
I live about 3 miles north of the first spot in America to declare independence before all the colonies declared their official independence…
It seems a couple of centuries removed this great land was declared the property of the English…a glaring contrast to the original settlers who sought a land of refuge…so they could be free to worship and live without the repression of a government that would constantly tax them and not represent them…actually they were allowed to leave with the expectation that they would not be able to survive…on the contrast they actually fared well…even though there were difficulties…they for the most part adopted a new land and with the grace of the native population…
The English Autocracy realized that the original settlers were able to survive and even prosper in a new land…and reports of great resources in the new land…enticed the greedy Aristocrats in England to come and declare this new land as the property of England…bringing along with them the very elements of taxation without representation to the colonist of the new World now known not as the Americas…but America….
Along with the English rule came a harsh reality…the new World that the original pilgrims sought was now being threatened with the very threat they sought to remove themselves from…the English were brutal in their rule and would often burn those who refused to come under their rule alive…they often hung the Patriarch of a family right in front of his children…any resistance to the King and his rule was met with brutal circumstances…
A conflict was unavoidable…a repressed people when threatened with their very own existence will soon understand that sacrifices must be made on an individual basis for the sake of all…and many brave souls fought and died to gain independence from a brutal rule and won with great sacrifice….much which started with the destruction of tea shipments…which were highly taxed…into the Boston Harbor…
People who attend the current events…called tea parties…know exactly what they are fighting for…they are not haters of an individual or ignorant…as some would suggest…
I have been to one tea party…and the tea is a symbol…people are seeking their independence from the idea that a government would start taking more than giving back to the people…or taking and not representing them in such a way as to resolve their issues in a fair manner…
Certain people of America are concerned that the people they have entrusted their government over have fallen into the idea of competition amongst themselves more so than do what is truly beneficial for the public of which they are supposed to represent…as some would say…politics as usual…
Real people in America…come from all nationalities…have sacrificed or given something back in service…seek to have a government that will consider their voice…consider the burdens they bare…quite frankly they are tired of the lies in campaign promises…the fake smiles…and then the deliberate betrayal once the politician gets into office…
So now the grass roots movement is in effect…it does not need any media coverage…it really does not need any great promotion…the biggest element to add to this movement is the fact that current representatives in our government by their own actions will benefit this movement…if the current course stays…surely these movements will continue to grow and become more effective…
Recently we have witnessed people from different nations….come out against the actions of their governments…we have seen the illegal and immoral actions of governments to come against peacefully protesting citizens…the repression of information…the illicit murder and assault of the citizens…the illegal method to keep a repressive government in place…
Could not happen here…right…well I would not be so quick to say no…in fact given the current state of mind in government from the atmosphere of rule…that reaches both party lines…much the problem is the infighting among two parties that have literally dismissed their obligations to the people they are to represent…for the sake of winning positions in politics….yes…an uprising could occur here as well…and what will cause it…

thing that caused it in other countries…the misrepresentation of the
vote…and the illegal manipulation of the vote as well…
Recently we have seen an Attorney General illegally fired from his position…under a blanket of lies and deceit…because he spoke out against some improper usages of influence…now we are told an Amtrak authority has conveniently been retired for about the same thing…folks we need to wake up here…
Now we have peaceful, legitimate, and effective means to protest…gathering more and more people who are coming to their senses when they realize…that…yes I am going to be taxed more without representation…that they will be required to take more of their hard earned income to support crazy and immoral ideologies of politicians who have literally removed themselves from the people they represent…
One thing I know for sure…those who like to criticize the idea of the tea parties…will surely see that they too will soon be affected by the very same items that the peaceful protesters are concerned about…there is no escape…
Make your voice count…you don’t need a placard or a sign with any creative speech…just show up….
You are the biggest sign there is…you…your family…your friends…your community…your nation…
